Dueltek are proud to announce the release of our new line of 50 Micron Fibre Optic Cables.

This range of new Duplex 50/125 Fibre Patch Leads are OM3 Rated & are fully backward compatible with our 62.5/125 cables. Dueltek’s terminated Multi-Mode 50 Micron Fibre Cables are available with connector types such as; LC, SC, MTRJ, ST, SCA, FC, E2000.

The main difference between 50-micron and 62.5-micron cable is in bandwidth-50-micron cable features three times the bandwidth of standard 62.5-micron cable, particularly at 850 nm. The 850-nm wavelength is becoming more important as lasers are being used more frequently as a light source.
