Most often the cause is traced back to businesses not storing food properly before it is consumed. While the food looks fresh, it may be hiding significant colonies of bacteria which can cause serious illness if eaten.

By having correct temperature in their respective refrigerated trucks and warehouses, the chance of contamination is greatly reduced.
