From the beginning of 2008, all Dueltek brand cables have been certified RoHS compliant.

There is a real push for green awareness these days as environmentally conscious consumers are demanding that the electronics industry start to wake up & look into the future.

"This has been a long term goal for us... we have been working with our manufacturers to design, create & distribute only environmentally friendly RoHS compliant products for the past few years." says Gary Herzig - Managing Director of Dueltek Computer Products.

By pushing for an environmentally friendly product range, Dueltek have completed a 2 year internal goal to meet & exceed the European Unions RoHS (Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances) compliancy standards.

The main concern in the Electronics, Information Technology and Audio Visual industries now, is that cheap imports may not be entirely manufactured using the environmental standards expected by Australian customers.

“True green thinking goes way beyond just the manufacturers.” - Says Gary Herzig. “It includes importers, distributors, resellers & to a lesser extent, the end user. We all have a responsibility to ensure a clean safe future for the generations to come.”
