Cinergy DVB-T Tuners
All Cinergy tuners allow MAC users the ability to watch & record both standard and high definition DVB-T, free-to-air broadcast TV channels on their MacBook, Powerbook or iMacs. Each Cinergy tuner is driven by a full version of ElGato’s eyeTV® software, the default TV viewing application for MACs and shares features such as time-shifting, for pausing and rewinding live TV, support for electronic program guide (EPG), receive teletext and digital radio, and convert & transfer recorded TV & music to an iPod® with a single click. There are 3 USB-powered sticks and one Express card TV tuner, starting with the basic USB model, the Cinergy T USB XS.

Dual TV tuner
The Cinergy DT USB XS Diversity is considered the top-of-the-range within the Cinergy range. Dual DVB-T tuner lets you watch one channel while recording another; or record two channels at the same time. It also utilises the “Diversity” technology, which receives the signal several times before merging into a single high quality signal. The size of a USB stick makes it portable for travellers and easy to install.

Analogue & Digital TV tuner
The Cinergy Hybrid T USB XS is a hybrid, USB analogue and digital TV tuner, ensuring one form of TV reception regardless of whether the user is in a digital reception region. It also features analogue video inputs for recording analogue video to the hard drive.

ExpressCard TV tuner
The Cinergy T Express, specifically designed for MacBook Pro users with ExpressCard slots. The T Express card has the significant advantage of installing into the Express slot of the MacBook Pro, eliminating the protrusion of USB hardware.

Ice TV - EPG with a difference
The Cinergy range in Australia includes a 3 month free subscription to ICE TV™, an online electronic program guide that smartly manages scheduled recording based on the broadcast stations’ weekly guide. The Ice TV EPG is integrated into eyeTV® (MAC OS X support only) and allows users to simply select the program listed from Ice TV and click on record to record the program. It will even wake the computer from an “OFF” mode to record the program if the user has set it days ahead. After the 3 months subscription, users have the option to continue subscribing with Ice TV or let it expire.
