Adelaide-based Software company Grazer Pty Ltd has developed a world-first with a software system for the construction industry that offers a graphical interface for management of building assets and critical infrastructure from design all the way
through the life of the building or facility.

Grazer’s CEO and founder, Mr John Martin, says "We have been able to develop a software package like no other for a large industry that is screaming out for an easy solution to manage building infrastructure.”

The Grazer software was installed at Federation Square in Melbourne and recently at Flinders Medical Centre; both receiving great praise for greatly simplifying and reducing user time for these normally tedious tasks.

Grazer has found a niche-market whereby Grazer scan all building drawings, schematic diagrams, operating manuals and asset photos and overlay them on a graphical platform that can also drill down to maintenance software, thereby making the facility maintenance job quicker and easier for maintenance staff.
