History     

The Company’s first major client was Etcom with a 7/24 support contract, with the Company working for Studio Magazines, Elfion, Sonim, Japanese Linguistics and Austrek Tours providing a variety of different services adapted to suit each client.

Our Motivation

  • eidisis was founded out of a need to provide transparent, independent and value for money services and support for SME.
  • eidisis was created to help customers embrace the changing face of technology, providing help and guidance from beginning to end of the IT process.
  • The aim of its founders was to shift the traditional viewpoint that support should be the last thing that is tied in  to the process, and provide customers with a partnership to ensure that our participation is pro-active and not traditionally reactive.
  • Unlike traditional Resellers, eidisis does not sell nor is motivated by sales of equipment, guaranteeing impartial and objective advice on any technology investment.
