Age

All purchases must be completed by persons 18 years or older.

Dispute Resolution

Internal

All disputes will be attended to by ChannelPoint Global Pty Ltd personnel in the first instance. Any matters requiring escallation will be managed by senior management within ChannelPoint Global Pty Ltd. All matters will be dealt with fairly and equitably without prejudice.

External

In the event that disputes cannot be resolved internally, members are entitled to seek external arbitration with a reputable arbitrator.

Online payments will be conducted via an encrypted connection. You will need to be logged in to your user account to make a payment.
