In his new role James is responsible for the day to day business activities of the Avalanche reseller program.  He will work closely with Tim Dawson who is Avalanche's Channel Manager. 

Kenny was delighted with his new position.  He said "I look forward to enhancing Avalanche's already strong relationships with resellers and will work extremely hard to ensure that we can drive our services levels to an even higher level' .

James first moved into the IT industry in the late 1980s with DDP and has extensive customer service, sales and management experience since then.  He came to Avalanche after managing an online environment solutions portal.

He is married with three children.
